Ordering
When you place an online order with INSANE IN THE RAIN you will be asked to provide your personal and payment details. Our payment provider ‘Stripe’ will then process the payment, checking for fraud in the process. By submitting a payment you agree to give permission to ‘Stripe’ to process these checks.
All prices are shown and orders processed in Great British Pounds (GBP).
Sale Items
All sale items are not eligible for refund, we are happy to exchange or issue a store credit.
From the time that INSANE IN THE RAIN first run a sale price or discount on a particular item, we are happy to reimburse the difference between the full amount paid and the new sales price. This will only be valid for orders up to 7 days prior to the price change and only if the item originally purchased is in stock at the time of the request.
