INSANE IN THE RAIN offers FREE SHIPPING on all domestic and world wide order via registered courier. Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt. UK Orders will be sent via Royal Mail first Class tracked & signed, International orders will be sent via registered courier.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an automatic confirmation email from us with your courier tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact [email protected] for more information. We only accept returns & exchanges within a 30 day period from date of receipt. All returns & exchanges must be in original packaging and unused unless specified. Customers are responsible for all return postage charges and to ensure safe delivery we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Please try and recycle INSANE IN THE RAIN packaging where possible. The rights to return goods to us as referred to in clause above will not apply in the following circumstances: – in the event that the product has been used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please include a note in your return instructing whether you would like a refund or exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 5 days of receipt.
